Corey is a capital markets professional with over 30 years of experience. Corey’s experience includes taking a lead role in M&A transactions, corporate development, physical commodities trading strategy and distressed corporate turnaround consulting. In addition, Corey is the founder of Mount Royal Consultants (MRC), which provides consulting and advisory services to FINRA broker/dealer investment banks for capital raising and M&A transactions in the natural resource, technology and healthcare sectors.

As a corporate director and executive, Corey has extensive experience in building and guiding micro cap companies through the early stages of fast growth and capital raise requirements.

Corey began his career as an Investment Professional in Montreal, Canada working 13 years for two of the world’s largest banks, BMO Nesbitt Burns and CIBC World Markets.

Corey is FINRA licensed and holds the SIA, Series 7 and 63.
