Frank joined Four Points in 2019, where he brings over 25 years of investment and consulting experience. In addition to helping businesses strategically raise capital, through his firms FMG Associates LLC and Hawking Alpha LLC he works with management and boards of directors to help them streamline and focus their operations, increase market share and revenue, and develop strategic and tactical plans that are cutting edge and compliant.
Frank began his career as a labor and employment litigator, with a focus on counseling Fortune 500 companies regarding their business direction and risk management, including their compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). He was also a Partner at Lord Abbett & Co., where he grew the Firm’s defined contribution and sub-advisory businesses to over $21b.
Frank holds a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law, and a B.S. from Villanova University. He also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the University of Pittsburgh.
Frank is FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licensed, and has a N.J. Life Producers License.
