Andy is also Partner at Vedanta Mansgement, LP, a registered investment adviser focusing on private equity, particularly venture capital and growth private equity. 

 

Prior to Vedanta, Andy was a Partner at INVESCO Private Capital, Inc., a registered investment adviser focusing on private equity and private debt. Prior to INVESCO, Andy was the General Counsel of Chancellor Capital Mansgement, Inc., a registered investment adviser focused on managing public equities, public fixed income, private equity, and private debt. Prior to Chancellor, Andy was a Senior Corporate Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, a global law firm where Andy‘s focus was on securities law, capital markets, private funds formation, and mergers & acquisitions.
