Mr. Fitzgerald has 20 years of buy-side and sell-side experience with Hedge Funds and global Investment Banking firms. He has completed financings totaling more than $500 million in the last six years for biotech, medical device, technology, telecom, and manufacturing companies. In addition, he was a Senior Director with Lucent Technologies’ Project Finance Group where he structured $200 million in financing for emerging service providers (CLEC’s). During his 15 years with The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., he completed the full credit training program and served as an officer of the Bank and its two equity investment subsidiaries, Chase Manhattan Investment Holdings and Chase Manhattan Capital Corp. Tony received an MBA from Pace University and holds a B.A. in Theatre and Economics from Middlebury College (Vermont).
