Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies.
Non‐Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or nonfinancial companies, including § Investment advisor firms, mutual fund companies, and insurance companies
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. § FPCP does not jointly market with non‐affiliates.
Other Important Information

For California residents, we will limit the sharing of your nonpublic personal information to the extent required by California law.

For Vermont residents, we will limit the sharing of your nonpublic personal information to the extent required by Vermont law.

For Nevada residents, which apply to accounts with Nevada mailing addresses, you may elect to be placed on our internal “do not call” list. The firm will not use texting for general marketing campaigns, only for communication with established clients.
